State Lawmakers Sign Declaration to Suspend Wolf’s Tyranny

Representative Daryl Metcalfe (R-Butler), Senator Doug Mastriano (R-Adams) and several other state lawmakers gathered on the state Capitol steps on Aug. 24 to present a Declaration of Suspension that would effectively dissolve the governor’s tyrannical abuse of emergency powers (Act 323 of 1978).

Metcalfe Leads State Lawmakers Asking Pence to Consider Election Irregularities, Reject Pennsylvania’s Electors

HARRISBURG – Representative Daryl Metcalfe (R-Butler), who has also originated a legislative petition to convene a Special Session of the Pennsylvania General Assembly on Election Issues, is among the first state lawmakers to sign onto a letter to Vice President Michael R. Pence asking him to consider the alarming amount of election irregularities and fraudulent activity in the 2020 General Election in Pennsylvania in advance of the qualification of electors and tabulation of Electoral College votes by Congress.

PA Lawmakers: Numbers Don’t Add Up, Certification of Presidential Results Premature and In Error

HARRISBURG – A group of state lawmakers performing extensive analysis of election data today revealed troubling discrepancies between the numbers of total votes counted and total number of voters who voted in the 2020 General Election, and as a result are questioning how the results of the presidential election could possibly have been certified by Secretary of the Commonwealth Kathy Boockvar and Governor Tom Wolf. These findings are in addition to prior concerns regarding actions by the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania, the Secretary, and others impacting the conduct of the election.

Metcalfe Petition Nears Threshold for Special Session on Election Issues

HARRISBURG – Pursuant to Article II, Section 4 of the Pennsylvania Constitution which states that “Special sessions shall be called by the governor on petition of a majority of the members elected to each House,” Representative Daryl Metcalfe (R-Butler) congratulated the 78 House members and 12 Senators who have signed on to his petition to convene a Special Session on Election Issues.
