10th Amendment Rights
The states established the federal government. The 10th Amendment to the United States Constitution reads that “the powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.”

The Founding Fathers were very clear in their intent in the struggle for power, to divide power, in such a way that we should be protected throughout the future of our nation.

The federal government and Congress have been absent on addressing and correcting crucial issues, such as ending the illegal alien invasion and securing our nation’s borders. It is up to the states to stand up against continued violations of our Constitution.
