CRANBERRY TOWNSHIP — In an abundance of caution, Representative Daryl Metcalfe (R-Butler) announced today that his Annual Senior Expo, scheduled for Monday, April 27, at the Cranberry Township Municipal Center, has been canceled.
The U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) is recommending that no gatherings with more than 10 people take place to minimize the potential spread of the coronavirus (COVID-19).
“As much as I look forward to interacting with and assisting my senior constituents, I want to ensure that we are implementing the proper measures to limit the exposure of those most susceptible to illness during this time,” said Metcalfe.
Additionally, Metcalfe emphasized that his Cranberry Township District Office, located at 2525 Rochester Road, Suite 201 in the Cranberry Township Municipal Center, will remain open during regular office hours to provide constituent service and access until further notice.
The phone number for Metcalfe’s district office, which is open Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., is 724-772-3110. Metcalfe and his staff can also be contacted via email at firstname.lastname@example.org and his website at www.RepMetcalfe.com.
Covering southern Butler County, the 12th Legislative District includes Adams, Clinton, Cranberry, Forward, Middlesex and Penn townships; and Callery, Mars, Seven Fields and Valencia boroughs.
