HARRISBURG — House State Government Committee Chairman Daryl Metcalfe (R-Butler) issued the following statement after once again taking a stand to protect Pennsylvania taxpayers by voting against a $32 billion spending plan (House Bill 218) that was sent to the governor’s desk:
WHAT: State Representative Daryl Metcalfe (R-Butler) and many other pro-Second Amendment state lawmakers will join together with gun owners from across the Commonwealth for the Rally to Protect Your Right to Keep and Bear Arms. Established in 2006, dozens of state lawmakers and hundreds of citizens from across the Commonwealth attend this annual grassroots event in support of the Second Amendment.
