House State Government Committee to Examine State Ethics Law

WHAT:          Pennsylvania House State Government Committee Majority Chairman Representative Daryl Metcalfe (R-Butler) will convene a public hearing regarding Pennsylvania’s Ethics Act with an emphasis on House Bills 167, 464, 670, 699, 855, 1509, 1667, 1668, 1669 and House Bill 1670.

WHO:             Testifiers will include:   John Bolger, chairman, PA State Ethics Commission; Charles Borden, attorney, Allen & Overy LLP; Dr. Jim Arcieri, pastor, Community Bible Fellowship Church; Dr. Michael Coulter, professor, Grove City College; Peggy Kerns, director, and Natalie O’Donnell Wood, policy specialist, Center for Ethics in Government at the National Conference of State Legislatures.
