House State Government Committee Considers Impeachment of Kathleen Kane
WHO: House State Government Committee Majority Chairman, Representative Daryl Metcalfe (R-Butler), will convene a public hearing to discuss House Resolution 578, previously sponsored by Representative Mark Cohen (D-Philadelphia), with an amendment sponsored by Metcalfe calling for the impeachment of Pennsylvania Attorney General Kathleen Kane for misbehavior in office.

WHAT: Testifiers will include: Michael Bekesha, attorney, Judicial Watch, Inc; Joshua Prince, Esq., Firearms Industry Consulting Group; James N. Clymer, Esq., Clymer, Musser & Conrad, P.C.; and, J. Christian Adams, policy board of the American Civil Rights Union.
