Representative Daryl Metcalfe is inviting all veterans in the 12th legislative district to share their stories!
Representative Metcalfe’s district office is compiling local veterans’ stories and photos for a publication honoring those who served in all branches of the military.
Forms are available at the bottom of this webpage or by contacting Representative Metcalfe’s office.
We encourage veterans to handwrite their stories or have a family member assist with filling out the form. Veterans are also encouraged to provide a photo from their time in the military and a more recent photo.
Completed forms and photos can be dropped off in the Cranberry Township district office or mailed. Photos received in the mail are non-returnable. Photos brought in to the Cranberry Township district office will be copied and returned.
The deadline to participate is: Monday, September 10, 2012.
All veterans who submit their story will be invited to a veterans recognition event currently being planned for late fall.
